Loved this app until my new phone stopped supporting playback. I'm still going to leave it at 5 stars for the outstanding quality (while it lasted) and for the developer's clear explanation of the lack of support. Just one suggestion - could this be made into a website that won't have the same kind of support issues?

Update 2019 : Sadly, no sound is coming out of this app on my OnePlus 3 updated with Android 9 😔 Old review (2017) : Great set of traditional rhythms, clean and classy interface, the rhythms notation is very easy to read. The one thing I terribly miss is the possibility to customise and export the rhythms. This would allow me to save the slightly different versions of some rhythms I'm learning as well as some solo techniques that can come in handy. Anyway, great work!

Doesn't work on Sony Z5 compact with Android 7.1.1 please update as it looks like a nice app and seen it working on the friends iPhone. thank you

The app does not work on Android 9, please update!

The only west african rythem for android users, it is realy nice but still missing important handy features like choose what instruments to play, also should be able to play in the backround with screen off. I also find that the sound isnt sync to the notatation . The sound quality is great though

I like the layout, works great on XPERIA E5, adjustment of tempo works perfect, adding and editing rhythms does not bother me, but would like ability to mute or lower volume of instruments at will. This would definitely bump it up to a 5 star 🌟 unfortunately until it's possible to make this update I must give it 4 stars.

An extremely useful and well-designed app for learning W. African djembe & dundun rhythms! As some of the others have said, if functionality is added to allow users to add & edit their own patterns, Piti Piti Pa would be the ultimate app!

Just downloaded the app. It looks and sounds great yet I can find no way of adjusting the tempo despite what the description claims. If someone know how to adjust the tempo please enlighten me, and I may give this app a 5 star rating.

No way to slow down the rhythm and no way to cleanly exit the app.

Lovely application that works wonderfully on my Hudl 2 tablet but won't operate on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone which is where I would really like to use it. If it worked on my phone, it would be 5 star! Since first putting my review up, it has started working on my phone so I've upped by one star - if no further problems arise, I could be upping it to 5 stars!
